About MindfulNURSE Academy

The MindfulNURSE Academy was created with a simple vision: to support people who spend their lives caring for others — whether in hospitals, clinics, workplaces, families, or communities.
We know that caring can be deeply rewarding, but it can also take a toll. Stress, burnout, compassion fatigue, and stigma affect both clinicians and community members alike. Too often, we are taught how to care for others without learning how to truly care for ourselves. That’s where the MindfulNURSE Academy comes in.
Founded by a Registered Nurse and Educator with firsthand experience in both conventional and emerging fields of health, our Academy blends clinical expertise with practical, holistic strategies. From Mental Health First Aid training to mindfulness and resilience workshops, our programs are designed to:
-
Build mental health literacy and confidence in supporting others
-
Provide practical tools for stress management, self-care, and wellbeing.
-
Create safe, inclusive learning spaces for open and stigma-free conversations.
-
Bridge the gap between science and compassion, so learning feels both credible and human.
At its heart, MindfulNURSE Academy is here to empower you — whether you’re a healthcare professional, an educator, an employer, or simply someone who wants to better support yourself and those around you.
Because when we look after ourselves, we can better look after each other.
